  1. 1. 2021 to 2023

    Foundation and vision

    Founded on 24 June 2021 in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, by Hamza Malik, for ethical, skill-based trading education. Early work was self-funded trading and research; early sessions were free or low cost, with no signal selling and no hype.

  2. 2. 2023 to 2024

    Training system and investor relations

    The four-phase program took shape, with live mentorship, assignments and real-market simulations. Selected investors joined under a performance-based model.

  3. 3. 2025

    Strategic reset

    A formal recovery and growth strategy put long-term sustainability and risk-managed capital first. The STRATEGIC Finance Team was introduced to professionalise investor communication, and all reporting is based on actual market performance.

    Digital platform

    Moving into a digital ecosystem: AI-assisted education modules, transparent investor tools and community learning forums.

    A wider board

    Certified online academies, international talent, AI-powered financial education and partnerships with institutions for licensed training.
