Entry is approved, not scheduled.

You enter the Bootcamp when your faculty lead approves your completion of phases 1 to 3. That approval looks at your submitted assignments, your journal and your mentor’s recommendation, not at how long you have been enrolled.

  • Your submitted assignments
  • Your trade journal
  • Your mentor’s recommendation

Not how long you have been enrolled

How the Bootcamp runs.

Every part is observed and recorded, from orientation to the graduation review.

  1. Orientation and rule acknowledgement

  2. Practical sessions with live market conditions

  3. Pressure-based tasks with time limits

  4. Mentor observations recorded after each session

  5. Weekly evaluation of trades, rule flags and feedback

  6. Graduation review

Every trade gets a scoresheet.

Every trade is journalled before and after. Planned values and actual values are kept apart, and edits to pre-trade evidence are flagged.

Graduates may then be considered for funded trading. Selection depends on assessment, approval and capacity. It is never guaranteed.

Three possible outcomes.

An authorised reviewer records the result, with the evidence behind it.

  1. Pass

The reviewer records the evidence and you become eligible for trader development.

  2. Extension

You get a defined period to fix specific gaps, with the same rubric.

  3. Not yet

You receive written guidance on what to rebuild before trying again.

Passing the Bootcamp is not funding.

Passing the Bootcamp does not by itself make you a funded trader. Funding is a separate decision.

How trader development works

Every Bootcamp starts with phase 1.

The Bootcamp is the last phase of the Academy, so every trader who reaches it started at the first.
