A pawn on e3 advances one rank for each step and is promoted to a queen on e8 with the last step.

The pawn is promoted only on the last square, never on the way.

Step by step. Each one a separate decision.

Every step is recorded with its evidence. None of them is automatic.

  1. Step 1: Complete the Academy

Pass all four phases, including the Bootcamp, with your journal and reviews on record.

  2. Step 2: STEP-20 evaluation

Twenty mentor-validated trades, scored on process and rule discipline under an agreed rubric.

  3. Step 3: Faculty and finance review

Your evaluation evidence is reviewed by the faculty lead and the finance team. A mentor recommendation alone is not enough.

  4. Step 4: Founder sign-off

The founder makes the final decision on funded-trader status, based on the reviews and available capacity.

  5. Step 5: Agreement and account assignment

If selected, you accept a written agreement. Account, risk limits and terms are set in that agreement, not assumed.

How the evaluation is scored.

STEP-20 reads every trade like a game, move by move. Process is scored apart from profit, and only mentor-validated trades count.

STEP-20 trackerHow every trade is marked
No.MarkAnnotation
1.ValidatedA mentor confirmed the plan was followed. Counts toward the twenty.!
2.SubmittedScoresheet sent. Waiting for mentor review.
3.Needs evidenceThe record is incomplete: the pre-trade screenshot is missing.
4.Invalidated (struck out)A plan rule was broken. The piece is tipped over and does not count, whatever the result.
5.Not yet takenThis move has not been played yet.

Only validated trades count toward the twenty.

What we do not promise.

Terms are written down, never assumed.

  • Completing a program does not guarantee funding or employment.
  • There is no universal profit split, fixed capital allocation or daily-profit target.
  • Risk limits and terms are set per trader in a written, dated agreement.

Start at the first square.

The pathway begins in the Academy. Existing candidates follow their STEP-20 tracker in the member portal.
